The Pillar Properties team was out in full force to celebrate our inclusion on the list of the Puget Sound Business Journal's Best Workplaces. This annual countdown is designed to recognize the companies in Washington State whose employees say they are the best. Pillar Properties is proud to be named to this list for the third time, ranking number 16 on the list this year.
The celebration was held at T-Mobile Park and it was fun to see our name on the big screen.
Employees are surveyed by an independent firm and those companies with the highest scores qualify for the Best Workplaces list. In the survey, Best Workplaces score factors in 30 items across six categories including trust in leadership, culture and team dynamics.
